Operating Engineer
What's the Job?
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems. Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Monitor and record system performance, making adjustments to ensure optimal operation. Assist with preventative maintenance, inventory control, and safety procedures. Support team members with multi-skilled tasks in a collaborative environment.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems
- Experience with Chillers, Air Compressors, Condensers, and piping systems (500+ tons)
- EPA 608 Type II Certification
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel
