Operating Director

Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care company, is seeking an exceptional Operating Director to lead the growth of our Southwest Orlando branch. This role offers the opportunity to drive our mission of empowering seniors to age comfortably and with dignity in their own homes, supported by our home office and a network of Operating Directors.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Referral Building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members, ensure all shifts are properly staffed, and monitor on-call responsibilities.
• In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivating Culture: Create a workplace of choice for your territory by incentivizing, motivating, and setting team morale.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing a team
• Success in meeting sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
