Operating Director
About the role
The Operating Director leads the growth of the Grand Island, NE branch under the guidance of the homebase and a network of Operating Directors. This role involves developing and executing a marketing plan, cultivating relationships with referral partners, staffing and scheduling, conducting in-home assessments, and overseeing financial management.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
Cultivating culture by creating the workplace of choice for your territory, setting the tone of your team morale, and incentivizing, motivating, and supporting your team.
Qualifications and Skills
A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
