Operating Director
About the role
Cornestone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care company, seeks an exceptional Operating Director to lead the Paducah, KY branch's growth. This role will play a pivotal role in driving the company's vision forward, supported by a homebase and a network of Operating Directors.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
Cultivating culture: Create the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale.
Qualifications and Skills
A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
