Operating Director
About the role
Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care company, seeks an exceptional Operating Director to lead the Woodruff, WI branch's growth. This role will independently manage and lead the office, with ongoing corporate training and support.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
Conduct in-home assessments to build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
Cultivate a culture where your team feels supported and motivated.
Qualifications and Skills
A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
