Operating Director

Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care company, is seeking an exceptional Operating Director to lead the growth of our Hibbing, MN branch. As we expand nationwide, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to empower seniors to age comfortably and with dignity in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Referral Building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members, ensure all shifts are properly staffed, and monitor on-call responsibilities.
• In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivating Culture: Create a workplace of choice for your territory by incentivizing, motivating, and setting team morale.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing a team
• Success in meeting sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
