(Open to Relocating Employees) Grand Island, NE -Production Hourly

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and fabricate wholesale beef products in a fast-paced production line environment
• Follow all safety, quality, and food-handling procedures
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production goals and maintain product consistency

Functional Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull product repetitively in both hot and cold assembly-line environments
• Safety to work with sharp instruments and cutting tools
• Maintain good personal hygiene and follow all plant sanitation guidelines
• Work in a physically demanding, high-volume production setting

Departments

• Fabrication (Critical Crewing preferred)
• Slaughter (Critical Crewing preferred)
