Open Team Member Positions: Mow Crew, Maintenance & Construction

About the role

This position is for a Mowing Foreman who oversees mowing operations and construction tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mowing operations including commercial mowing, riding mower operation, walk-behind mowers, and weed whackers.
• Drive and operate equipment such as trailers, ride-on mowers, and other construction machinery.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Manage pruning, trimming, and other landscaping tasks.
• Assist with apron installations, retaining walls, and patio installations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of commercial mowing experience.
• A good driving record.
• Knowledge and experience with various types of mowers and weed whackers.
• Experience driving while towing a trailer.
• A minimum of 3 years of pruning and trimming experience.
• Knowledge of spring clean-up and mulching.
• DOT certification preferred.
• Construction knowledge and experience in apron installations, retaining walls, and patio installations.
• DOT and Hoisting license preferred.
