Responsibilities
- Undergraduate and graduate teaching assignments
- An active program of research in the candidate’s area of scholarly expertise
- Service contributions in accordance with the university policy for tenure‐track and tenured appointments
Requirements
- An outstanding record of research in information retrieval (e.g., in venues such as SIGIR)
- Areas of focus include but are not limited to research on information retrieval, storage and dissemination occurring in contexts such as search systems, social media and ecommerce platforms, chatbots, large language models, natural language understanding, virtual reference, user experience design
Qualifications
