Job Summary
The Department of Dermatology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist to join our expanding academic faculty.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad spectrum of dermatologic conditions
- Perform common dermatologic procedures such as skin biopsies, cryotherapy, electrosurgery, and excision of benign and malignant lesions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with primary care physicians and specialists when needed
- Supervise and teach dermatology residents, fellows, and medical students during outpatient clinics
- Educate patients on skin health, disease prevention, and sun protection
- Participate in departmental conferences and contribute to the academic environment through mentorship, scholarly activities, and quality improvement efforts

Qualifications
- MD/DO degree
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited dermatology residency
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Licensure to practice medicine in the state of Colorado
- Interest in teaching and working in an academic setting
- Interest in developing a focused clinical niche within the department that complements existing programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
