Dermatology (Assistant Professor)

About the Role

The Department of Dermatology at Baylor College of Medicine is recruiting a full-time Assistant Professor (Non-Tenure Track) specializing in complex Dermatology. The successful candidate will join and help develop the Baylor Medicine Team, with a primary clinical focus in General Dermatology.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient services, including participating in affiliate hospital consults and after-hours on-call coverage.
• Serve as Associate Program Director for the Dermatology Residency Program (role may include this responsibility).
• Contribute to trainee education and attend departmental meetings and conferences.
• Participate in teaching, leadership, and quality improvement initiatives (strongly supported).

Requirements

• MD degree.
• Physician License in Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 2+ years of experience (preferred).
