About the role
As a Supervised Access Worker, you will be responsible for attending, monitoring, documenting, and facilitating visits and exchanges in a safe and neutral environment between children and non-custodial parents or other persons as required by a Court Order. These services will be delivered in a timely fashion.

Job Requirements (Qualifications and Skills)
- Successful completion of a diploma and/or degree from an accredited College and/or University in Social Services, Human Services or Registered Practical Nursing (RPN)
- Demonstrated experience working with children, youth and families is an asset
- Thorough knowledge and experience in interpreting and applying legislative acts, standards and policies of the Agency, Ministry of the Attorney General, Ministry of Children and Youth Services and the Public Health Agency
- Candidates must possess a minimum G2 driver’s license at the time of application and be willing to obtain a valid G Class driver’s license as a condition of employment or already possess a valid G Class driver’s license and have access to their own vehicle
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required for some positions and an asset for others

Hourly Range: $25.07 - $29.42 per hour
