The Assistant Community Manager serves as the driving force behind achieving maximum occupancy, minimizing delinquencies and collecting 100% rent each month, motivating and supporting associates to meet and exceed goals, creating and executing successful resident retention strategies, developing and implementing creative and extensive marketing campaigns, and promoting opportunities in the company while assisting in building the team.
