About the role

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a residential property, ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Oversee cleaning schedules and ensure cleanliness of common areas
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and services
  • Prepare and maintain lease agreements
  • Ensure compliance with local housing codes and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of property management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license
    • Experience with property management software
