About the role
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a residential property, ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Oversee cleaning schedules and ensure cleanliness of common areas
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and services
- Prepare and maintain lease agreements
- Ensure compliance with local housing codes and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of property management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with property management software
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
