We are hosting an Open Call for experienced, polished, and charismatic Servers to join our new South Beach team. As the face of our dining experience, our Servers exude confidence, style, and professionalism — delivering service that is both engaging and refined.

Responsibilities

• Exude confidence, style, and professionalism in all interactions
• Take pride in your craft and have a keen sense of presentation
• Elevate every guest interaction with grace, attentiveness, and product knowledge
• Solve problems and work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Stand and exert fast-paced mobility for an entire shift

Requirements

• Prior experience in restaurants of similar caliber
• French food and wine knowledge
• Professional communication skills
• Able to take directions and work in a team environment
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills
