Responsibilities
- Roll and cut, deposit into baking pan, or distribute the filling as part of a product.
- Form and shape products from the dough or batter, according to the specifications of the recipe.
- Bake the shaped dough and, if applicable, decorate the final product.
- Use exact measurements and pay strict attention to timing.
- Optimize operational efficiencies while ensuring the company’s high-quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Adhere to the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
- Adhere to the company's HACCP and other food safety procedures.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues and involve maintenance to ensure equipment is available for use when needed and properly maintained.
- Ensure daily orders are being filled accurately.
- Be willing to help other departments when in need to help carry out our mission on a daily basis.
