About the role
Earn a base pay rate of $23/hour with guaranteed biweekly payments. Additional incentives are available based on performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and troubleshoot customer concerns
- Identify technical issues and deploy solutions
- Utilize call center technology to track and report customer issues
- Meet and exceed sales and customer experience goals
- Sell Asurion smart home and other products on every call
- Directly connect to Serve, Solve, Sell incentives
- Work 4-8 hours daily in a call center environment with high noise levels
- Escalate calls as necessary
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through memorization of product offerings and customer information
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to customer, business, and team needs
- Computer literacy and typing speed of 25-35 words per minute
- Passing hiring assessment (soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge)
- Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn
- Bilingual Spanish/Español skills are highly desirable (additional financial incentives provided)

$23/hr base pay with additional incentives based on performance and customer satisfaction.
Schedule
