Onsite Senior Coordinator

Role Summary This onsite position involves supporting laboratory and production operations by performing mission-based lab work, maintenance, inventory management, and safety inspections. You will collaborate with Lab and Production Services teams to ensure efficient laboratory support for diverse industries, including biopharma and high-tech sectors. Responsibilities Include Maintaining safety equipment and conducting safety auditsCleaning, sterilizing, and organizing lab glassware and componentsManaging inventory, placing procurement orders, and tracking suppliesMonitoring and managing lab consumables and equipment functionalityEnsuring proper disposal of biohazard waste and chemical inactivationDocumenting activities in logbooks and executing cleaning protocolsReporting malfunctions and ensuring availability of critical parts Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred2+ years in customer service, inventory, or material handling; lab/scientific experience requiredExperience working in GMP environments and with safety protocolsBasic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and Teams experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and strong communication skills
