Onsite Senior Coordinator

Role Summary

This onsite position involves supporting laboratory and production operations by performing mission-based lab work, maintenance, inventory management, and safety inspections. You will collaborate with Lab and Production Services teams to ensure efficient laboratory support for diverse industries, including biopharma and high-tech sectors.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining safety equipment and conducting safety audits
• Cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing lab glassware and components
• Managing inventory, placing procurement orders, and tracking supplies
• Monitoring and managing lab consumables and equipment functionality
• Ensuring proper disposal of biohazard waste and chemical inactivation
• Documenting activities in logbooks and executing cleaning protocols
• Reporting malfunctions and ensuring availability of critical parts

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred
• 2+ years in customer service, inventory, or material handling; lab/scientific experience required
• Experience working in GMP environments and with safety protocols
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and Teams experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and strong communication skills
