Onsite Coordinator

About the role

Our ProLogistix office on Taylorsville Rd. is seeking an experienced Onsite Coordinator for a client located in the Collins Lane area (40245).

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Some Saturdays required, especially during the initial weeks of the assignment

Pay

$26.00 per hour

Position type

• Seasonal assignment
• Immediate start
• Expected to last through mid-November

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily attendance records for associate workforce
• Assist employees with payroll questions and pay-related concerns
• Conduct regular floor walks and communicate with associates throughout the shift to address questions or issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact between ProLogistix associates and the client
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with both associates and client leadership
• Ensure a professional and responsive onsite presence at all times
• Assist with employee engagement, coaching, and conflict resolution as needed
• Support staffing and operational needs during peak season

Qualifications

• Previous onsite staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce management experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact confidently with client leadership
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

Requirements

• Exceptional attendance history
• Previous onsite staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce management experience preferred
• Able to read, speak and write English fluently, for safety and training purposes
• Reliable transportation (Not located on the bus line)
• Ability to work overtime (Saturdays) as needed (typically the first 2 of the season)
• Excellent computer skills with strong attention to detail
• Customer service experience
