Onsite REO Coordinator
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple email inboxes;
- Perform property researches, respond to property inquiries or forward messages to appropriate persons or departments;
- Notarize documents needed for the sale or conveyance process;
- Scan, save, upload, email and mail documents as applicable;
- Process mail; utilize various systems to research property addresses on various documents (utility statements, violations, HOA statements, city notices, etc.), identify loan numbers and route mail to appropriate department for processing;
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks, process tasks scripts and perform data entry;
- Research and provide documents to vendors;
- Audit files as assigned for compliance.
What You'll Need
- A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience;
- One year of administrative or clerical office experience;
- A current active CA State Notary License or willingness to obtain one;
- Must work in our Orange office.

Pay & Schedule
The target pay range for this position is $21.62-$23.62 per hour.
