Onsite Recruiter (Orlando, FL) Temp to Hire

About the Role

Our Staffing Recruiter I is accountable for full life-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets. Responsibilities include attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn). You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection practices.

• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
• Situational adaptability and learning agility to shift efforts with new, changing, and/or ambiguous scenarios
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity (required)

Pay

Hourly Base Pay: $27.00–$28.00. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
