Onsite Print Support Technician

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Technical Support / Printer Technician to join our team in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with printer installation, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement, along with strong customer service and problem-solving skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with users and equipment and can independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and integrate printers and related hardware according to established procedures.
• Troubleshoot And Repair Printer And Other Assigned Hardware Issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems with assigned hardware and software.
• Perform routine maintenance and replace toner, consumables, and other applicable components.
• Clear paper jams and resolve device functionality issues.
• Monitor assigned systems/devices and respond promptly to service requests.
• Assist end users with printer/device functionality and technical questions.
• Maintain accurate service and inventory records.
• Follow established incident, change, and problem-management procedures.
• Meet daily production and response-time goals while maintaining quality service.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Provide professional and courteous customer support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on printer technician experience is required.
• Experience With Printer Installation, Troubleshooting, Repair, And Replacement.
• Experience clearing paper jams and replacing toner/other consumables.
• Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-solving Skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• High School Diploma, GED, Or Equivalent Work Experience.
• Typically 2–5 years of related technical, maintenance, quality, or printer service experience.

Pay

Pay Rate: $25–$29/hour
