Onsite Operations Manager- Industrial Services

Job Description Summary

The Onsite Operations Manager at Sunbelt Rentals is responsible for executing projects to meet customer needs. They oversee multiple projects, manage revenue, profit, and loss, handle employee management, facilities, and equipment, and manage dispatch.

Education or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries

Skills and Abilities

• Mechanical aptitude
• MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system
• Project management skills

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.

Base Pay Range

Base Pay Range: $65,000.00 - 97,317.00
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

Paid Time Off
