Duties And Responsibilities
- Support UCT operations onsite at a customer facility by coordinating shipping, receiving, and material flow activities.
- Track and manage incoming UCT materials delivered to the customer dock; ensure items are correctly routed into appropriate internal queues for pickup and processing (non-physical receiving role).
- Cookinate multiple crates, kits, and part movements, ensuring accuracy of documentation, labeling, and routing.
- Perform visual inspection of parts and product prior to shipment to UCT, verifying:
- Correct part count and identification
- Visible damage, defects, or contamination
- Packaging condition and labeling accuracy
- Document inspection results and escalate discrepancies, damage, or quality concerns through established channels.
- Maintain accurate data across internal systems, including open order reports, schedules, tracking logs, and inspection-related documentation.
- Ensure parts and kits meet cleanliness, quality, and documentation standards before release for shipment.
- Communicate professionally with customer personnel, logistics teams, and UCT internal stakeholders; navigate challenging interactions with composure and tact.
- Represent UCT onsite by demonstrating professional appearance, respectful behavior, accountability, and adherence to customer site policies.
- Utilize Excel, Microsoft Teams, and other systems to manage daily workflows, reporting, and documentation.
- Identify material discrepancies, delays, or process issues and escalate appropriately.
- Adept to shifting priorities in a dynamic fab environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Follow all cleanroom, safety, quality, and security protocols required by the customer site.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support onsite operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving coordination, material flow, or product inspection / quality checks in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify visible defects, damage, or non-conforming conditions.
- Comfort performing visual inspections and basic quality verification tasks prior to shipment.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to manage schedules, reports, inspection records, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional communication skills and customer-facing experience.
- Comfort working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
- Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing experience preferred.
- Prior experience performing material inspections, kitting verification, or quality checks.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or quality documentation.
Education And Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in a technical, logistics, or business-related field.
- High school diploma with 2+ years of relevant operations, logistics, inspection, or manufacturing support experience.
- Ability to pass required customer background and security screenings.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance reliability.
