Onsite Field Service Manager

About the role

Canon USA is seeking an Onsite Field Service Manager to lead a team of Digital Service Specialists in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will empower a talented group of technical specialists who service and support Canon’s hardware, document management solutions, and related software technologies. The ideal candidate will cultivate a dedicated team within a dynamic environment, ensuring top-notch service and support for innovative customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team servicing and supporting business system products, including hardware, document management solutions, and related software within a territory or assigned account list.
• Select, hire, train, and develop current and new technical representatives.
• Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Manage the warehousing process related to merchandise and inventory.
• Develop and educate the team on new technology in an evolving industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of related experience, including management of two or more full-time employees.
• Service management experience in the technology industry.
• Hands-on field technical experience with a strong knowledge of digital and electromechanical technology.
• Proficiency in Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a desire to develop and lead a team.
• Excellent time management skills.

Pay

$61,800.00 – $107,890.00 annually.
