*ONSITE* Content Designer (Social Media) - FL-FT

About the role

Our client, an AI‑first SaaS platform for realtors, is seeking a Content Designer to create engaging digital content across social media, email marketing, and other digital channels. The role involves high‑volume, visually compelling production while leveraging AI‑powered tools to improve speed, creativity, and scalability.

Location & Work Arrangement

This is an on‑site, Monday‑Friday position based in Roanoke, TX (North Fort Worth/Alliance corridor, Dallas‑Fort Worth metro area). The engagement starts as a freelance contract with the possibility of conversion to a salaried position once a long‑term fit is confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Create social media graphics, digital marketing assets, email graphics, and branded content.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, and other emerging technologies to accelerate content creation.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to develop content that aligns with multiple brands and audiences.
• Adapt and optimize content for various digital channels.
• Contribute to content strategy and help drive efficient creative workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media and digital marketing content.
• Proficiency with Canva, Figma, and modern AI‑powered creative tools.
• Strong graphic design foundation with an emphasis on digital content creation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with social media management, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing social, digital, and content‑driven design work required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Physically located in the United States for on‑site work.
