About the role
This is a fulltime position in our student loan servicing department. Looking for candidates with great customer service skills that would like to work in an office environment.
Work Location
This is an onsite position at our Phoenix office.
Pay
$18-$23/hour + BONUS (based on experience)
Training Schedule
2 Weeks Training
4 Weeks Nesting
Monday-Friday 7am-4pm MST
Production Schedule
Monday - Friday 9A-6P

Responsibilities
- Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Access to high-speed Internet required
- FDCPA knowledge preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
- Ability to problem solve and multitask
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
- Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone
