The Onsite Club and Lifestyle Manager manages the daily operations of the Clubhouse and community amenities, assists residents and guests, supports community events and programs, and helps ensure amenities are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Ranch House and associated amenities, including opening, monitoring, closing, and ensuring spaces are ready for resident use
• Greet and assist residents and guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns in a friendly, professional manner
• Coordinate clubhouse reservations, facility rentals, and amenity schedules to support resident use, community events, and club activities
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed
• Conduct routine facility inspections, report maintenance needs, and follow up on repairs and operational concerns
• Enforce community rules, reservation requirements, and amenity policies in a courteous and consistent manner
• Develop and maintain a calendar of community events, recreational activities, and lifestyle programs that reflect resident interests
• Coordinate all aspects of community events, including planning, logistics, budgeting, vendors, sponsorships, setup, and breakdown
• Monitor event expenses and clubhouse supply needs, working within approved budgets and obtaining required approvals
• Prepare and coordinate event announcements, promotional materials, registration, and resident communications
• Support resident clubs, committees, and interest groups, serving as a liaison between residents and management
• Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteers for community events and activities
• Coordinate staff and vendor support for clubhouse operations and events
• Track attendance, participation, expenses, and resident feedback to evaluate and improve programs
• Document and photograph community events in accordance with association policies and resident privacy preferences
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Pay

$68,500 per year (depending on education and experience)
