Onsite Campus People Strategy Partner

Responsibilities

This is an onsite position supporting four Genesis HealthCare affiliated centers all located in Albuquerque, NM. The are as follows: Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque, Ladera Center, Uptown Center, and Albuquerque Heights Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum five years of relevant HR experience, ideally in healthcare or a multi-site operational setting.
• Proven knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
