Responsibilities

• Develop scripts according to client needs
• Work directly with clients and Account Executives on creative concepts
• Secure production locations and arrange additional crew members if needed
• Select props, costumes, set design, and direct talent during productions
• Select music and special effects for video projects
• Edit video projects and recommend alternative methods to enhance productions
• Operate audio/video/photo equipment for assignments
• Ensure continuity, quality, and content before releasing projects
• Perform on-camera responsibilities when required
• Notify management and technical personnel of repair needs
• Repair production-related equipment as skills allow
• Report to work regularly according to assigned schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Film/Video production or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years production experience
• 1-3 years Adobe Premiere and Photoshop experience
• Effective communication skills with clients, sales, and management
• Proven creative skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Able to lift 60 pounds
• Able to perform all duties and responsibilities as described
