Online Startup Generalist (India)

About The Role

You will own cross-functional execution across operations, growth, product support, analytics, and customer workflows. You will run workflows, write SOPs, track KPIs, unblock stakeholders, and execute small initiatives end to end.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years in startup operations, program management, or business operations
• Strong written communication, documentation, and SOP-building habits
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, KPI tracking, and operational reporting
• Comfort working across functions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce), ticketing tools, and collaboration suites
• Working knowledge of SQL and basic data concepts
• Experience coordinating engineering-adjacent work items with clear acceptance criteria

This is a Remote, full-time role intended for candidates based in India. You may overlap with US working hours depending on project needs.
