About The Role

Rex.zone is hiring a Remote, full-time AI/ML data operations Freelance Generalist to support large language model training pipelines. You will move across workflows—data labeling, RLHF evaluation, prompt evaluation, and QA evaluation—while maintaining strict guideline compliance and training data quality.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in annotation operations, QA, evaluation, or related data operations work
• Strong written English and ability to explain labeling decisions consistently
• Experience applying annotation guidelines and handling edge cases
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation concepts (rubrics, preference ranking, safety)
• High attention to detail and comfort with accuracy-critical workflows

• Improved training data quality (lower error rates, fewer guideline violations)
• Higher consistency across reviewers (reduced disagreement, improved calibration)
• Target throughput without sacrificing accuracy
• Clear documentation and reliable QA outcomes
