About the role
The Online Sales Concierge specializes in converting internet leads to onsite traffic and sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming internet leads from the company website and outsourced companies
- Ensure a positive experience for all potential customers whether online, via live chat, or by phone
- Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- Enter and update information in a customer management database
- Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads with sales potential
- Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
- Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, and source
- Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans, and amenities
- Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
- Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase company goodwill and profit
- Ability to work overtime
- Minimal overnight travel may be required for training purposes
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one to three years of related experience and/or training
- Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form, or via DRH applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to sit for the majority of an 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision and peripheral vision
- The noise level is generally moderate
