Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound internet and phone leads from company websites and third-party sources
- Provide prompt follow-up via phone, email, text, or video in accordance with speed-to-lead standards
- Pre-qualify prospects to understand timeline, budget, and community preference
- MATCH prospects with appropriate communities, homes, and available inventory
- Schedule qualified appointments with onsite Sales Representatives and ensure smooth handoff
- Maintain strong knowledge of communities, floor plans, pricing, incentives, and availability
- Deliver a consistent, professional customer experience aligned with company standards
- Accurately document customer interactions and lead activity in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Mortgage teams to support divisional sales goals
- Attend Division Sales Meetings and periodically visit communities to stay informed
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Able to work overtime
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two (2) or more years of experience in online sales, lead management, inside sales, or customer service
- Proficiency with CRM systems, BombBomb, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
- Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
