About the role

The Online Merchandising Manager owns day-to-day merchandising, onsite experience, and commercial performance for Philips.com (US), Philips.ca, and Philips employee store while also shaping the future direction of Philips’ D2C channel.

Responsibilities

  • Own merchandising execution for Philips.com (US), Philips.ca, and Philips employee store, ensuring accurate product setup, pricing, categorization, and content quality.
  • Optimize onsite conversion levers (landing pages, product walls, PDPs, onsite search) while maintaining product accuracy across Hybris, Omnia, and PPL.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on priorities and calendar of events, and conduct competitive reviews to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Execute onsite activation for brand, category, and promotional campaigns by translating marketing plans into merchandising setups, offers, and product placement.
  • Manage pre-launch setup, QA, and post-launch monitoring to ensure accurate, on-time execution across touchpoints.
  • Maintain site health, identify bugs, and coordinate fixes with Digital Solutions (DS), IT, and platform teams while troubleshooting issues in Hybris and Omnia and managing the IT ticketing system.
  • Support testing and rollout of new features, enhancements, and platform updates to maintain site quality and operational performance.
  • Contribute to agentic commerce and generative search readiness (feed quality, structured data, GEO), while leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and reporting to drive merchandising performance, forecasting accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Your Role requires 4+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer ecommerce, online merchandising, or digital operations, operating as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (Hybris, Omnia, or similar), strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to translate data into action, experience with marketplace platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop) and familiarity with agentic commerce, generative engine optimization (GEO), structured data optimization, digital shelf management and product syndication are preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business, or a related field is required. Solution-oriented, collaborative team player who excels in regional and global environments, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies and evolving ecommerce channels.

Pay

The pay range for this position in Stamford, CT is $110,000 to $174,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
