Retail Merchandiser Peer Trainer
About the role
Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation
- Track inventory to optimize sales opportunities
- Support leadership with onboarding new hires
- Train and coach team members
Requirements
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently and build successful teams
- Safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Qualifications
No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed.
