Online For Business Specialist

About the role

Citizens National Bank has an excellent opportunity available in their Operations Center in Bluffton, Ohio for an Online for Business (OFB) Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and problems.
• Aid customers with wire and ACH transfers.
• Maintain a monthly report of OFB customers who are due for their annual reviews.
• Anually perform an audit on ACH Third Party Senders.
• Conduct an annual security/risk review of OFB customers.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of OFB products and services, bank policies and procedures, functionality of bank software systems and applicable industry regulations (i.e. NACHA-National Automated Clearing House Association rules and regulations).

Requirements

• Associate's degree in information technology, or an Associate's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Extensive background in financial institution operating technologies (i.e. ITI, ACH Manager, Access Manager, Director, etc.), operating policies and procedures, and banking regulations.

Qualifications

Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. This position requires on-site presence for regular, successful performance: teamwork, face-to-face interaction with peers/management and the ability to utilize the in-house software and hardware is required. Adherence to the Bank attendance policy is required as an essential function of this position. Must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions: must get along with co-workers or peers without exhibiting behavioral extremes; be able to perform work activities requiring negotiating, instructing, supervising, persuading or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to criticism from a supervisor.
