Online Chat Representative (Remote)

About the role

Notchwood Landscape, a leading provider of specialised landscape design, installation, and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated and professional Online Chat Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, fully remote position. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our residential and commercial clients, embodying our commitment to quality and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients via online chat to answer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide detailed information regarding our full range of landscaping services, including design, installation, and maintenance programmes.
• Assist clients with scheduling consultations, service appointments, and follow-ups.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and generate potential sales leads.
• Resolve client issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.
• Accurately record and maintain client interaction details in our company database.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s services and processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a customer service, online support, or similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
• Strong typing proficiency and the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• A high degree of professionalism and a patient, customer-oriented approach.
• The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• An interest in or prior experience within the landscaping or horticulture industry would be advantageous.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of $22 - $26 USD.
