Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner via our online live chat platform.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product range to provide customers with accurate information and guidance.
- Aid customers with enquiries related to orders, shipping, payments, and returns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all communications.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system to help us improve our services and product offerings.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously without compromising on the quality of support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- A patient, empathetic, and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems is highly advantageous.
- A genuine interest in the wellness and hemp-derived products industry is desirable.
