About the Opportunity

The Chat Support Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and support from initial inquiry through project completion. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
• Provide detailed information about landscaping services, pricing, and availability.
• Assist clients with scheduling consultations and service appointments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing, scheduling, or service feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to coordinate services.

Requirements

Pay
