Online Branch Service Manager
Purpose Of Position
Aid in managing the day-to-day operational integrity of the online branch and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist in the overall management of the online branch operations.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities over wire transfers, account closeouts, site visits, documentation review, etc., in accordance with Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop, train, coach and mentor online branch staff.
- Develop new business relationships, expand and retain existing ones.
- Conduct business calls to existing and potential customers.
- Assist Online Branch manager in developing and managing the sales process for the online branch.
- Approve transactions, authorizations, exceptions and adjustments.
- Deliver value to our customers by exhibiting excellence at all levels through streamlined, accurate and efficient service and operational performance.
- Communicate product and service features and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ensure that all branch records, reports and operations are accurate and timely.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Three years of branch operations management experience or equivalent.
- Detailed knowledge of banking procedures and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
Pay
The starting base salary for this role is between $70,000 – $80,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferrable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
Schedule
This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, the contact center, branch service roles, and general services where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely.
