Online Admissions Advisor - Part Time (Bilingual Spanish)

About the Role

As an Admissions Advisor, you will guide prospective students on their path towards a career in healthcare, helping them change not only their own lives but also those of the patients in their care. You will be a prospective student’s first connection at HSE Educational Foundation, supporting them through the application and enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Advise and enroll qualified applicants into programs of study that align with the students’ career objectives and academic needs in an efficient and supportive manner.
• Build relationships with prospective students primarily through phone and email communications.
• Prioritize the university’s philosophy of truly caring about students, treating prospective and enrolled students with professionalism and respect.
• Establish and maintain a strong, up-to-date understanding of specific programs, program objectives, enrollment processes, requirements, and content to provide a complete and factual presentation to prospective students and other interested parties.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Experience in marketing or a related environment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with data entry and multi-line phone systems.
• Experience with reception and telephone techniques.
