Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with members of Leadership, classroom teachers, and LSOs to champion inclusive education.
- Assist staff with differentiated curriculum, PLPs, Behaviour Plans, Safety Plans and targeted adjustments for students with additional needs (including highly able students).
- Cook Compliance & Data: Coordinate evidence and maintain the register for the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) in line with the Disability Discrimination Act (1992).
Special Requirements
- Valid VIT Registration.
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school (or a willingness to work towards it).
- A deep commitment to the Catholic ethos, child safety policies, and legal responsibilities regarding student wellbeing.

- An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- An ability to create a collaborative learning environment that educates, challenges and engages.
- Provide students with a child-safe environment.
- Be familiar with and comply with the school's child-safe policy and code of conduct, and any other policies or procedures relating to child safety.
- An eagerness to learn.
- An enthusiasm to implement a differentiated curriculum and use modern technology to support student learning.
- An enthusiasm to address the challenges and opportunities that being a member of a young school will present.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team and be involved in educational leadership is essential.
- A willingness to be actively involved in the school community.
