OneStream System Administrator

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and support/implementation partners to support the end-to-end OneStream implementation.
• Participate in developing, testing, and validating new, calculations, workflows, and reports.
• Affiliate in maintaining documentation for system design, processes, and configuration decisions.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing metadata, workflows, reporting, and business rules to support evolving business requirements.
• Support Finance and Accounting teams with ongoing data validation, issue resolution, and process improvements.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training for business users across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Skills & Relevant Work Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience with OneStream or other EPM/CPM/consolidation platforms (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle).
  • Hands-on experience EPM report/template creation, metadata management, and user administration.
  • Solid understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience developing and/or maintaining OneStream business rules, or other Visual Basic coding experience, is preferred.
  • OneStream certification or formal OneStream training preferred.
