Responsibilities

• Assemble trophies, plaques, and award products as part of a collaborative production team
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets standards
• Package and prepare finished awards for pickup and shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow during the busy season
• Perform other duties assigned by the Awards Production team

Qualifications

• Comfortable using tools and working with your hands
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle lifting/repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a deadline‑driven environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education/Experience

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand for long periods of time
• Repetitive movement of the body required on a regular basis
• Position requires lifting of no less than 15‑50 lbs on a regular basis from floor to waist and must be able to climb a ladder occasionally
• Finger and hand dexterity and ability to read text on a screen

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $15.92/hour.

Schedule

Work type: Full‑time Onsite (located in Trenton, NJ). The role is also described as a part‑time, hands‑on, on‑site position.
