One (1) Elementary Principal

Qualifications

• Minimum Master's Degree Required
• Previous Experience as a Principal or Vice Principal, Preferred
• New Jersey Principal Standard Certificate or a Certificate of Eligibility for Principal
• Special Education Experience a Plus
• Working with Multilingual Students, a Plus

Responsibilities

• Coordination and Implementation of School Programs
• Planning and Organization of School Program Goals and Objectives
• Teacher and Student School Schedules
• State and District Tests and Other Assessment Programs
• Knowledge of Research, Current Practice, National and State Initiatives, Student Outcomes, and Program Evaluation
• Attend/Participate in Grade Level Meetings
• Knowledge of Teacher/Staff Scheduling
• Confer with District Administrators, Vice Principals, Teachers, Parents, Students, and Stakeholders
• Perform All Other Related Duties As Required

Requirements

• Must be Reliable and of Good Moral Character
• Must Meet Criminal Background Check
• Strong Knowledge of Federal and State Law

Pay

$125,000.00 - $137,000.00 per Negotiated Contract
