Oncology Sales Representative - West Palm Beach, FL

Responsibilities

• Work with the other team members in the territory, attain or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Collaborate with territory counterparts to ensure customers have a seamless experience with our company Oncology.
• Meet with key stakeholders to understand practice structure, business model, and key influencers, while building business relationships and trust to uncover and comprehend their needs.
• Employ approved resources and messaging to communicate a compelling, patient-centered rationale for our company Oncology products in their indicated uses.
• Analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment, including multiple channels of drug distribution.
• Review and evaluate patterns for products purchased and prescribed (outpatient vs in-patient infusion, as part of hospital or GPO contract, etc.).
• Understand complex accounts and local market interdependencies to proactively develop and execute short- and long-term plans in collaboration with the local team and district manager.
• Ask insightful questions to understand customer priorities and needs to support engaging and relevant conversations about the product portfolio.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across our Company’s division and functional areas and share key learnings to support customer needs by effectively communicating and collaborating with the in-scope customer team.

Requirements

• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and able to drive a vehicle.
• Travel the amount of time the role requires, including overnight travel 10 - 15%.
• Reside in or within a reasonable distance to the district.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $142,400.00 - $224,100.00. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

Schedule

This is a field-based sales position that is responsible for the West Palm Beach, Florida territory. This territory also covers Melbourne to Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
