Oncology RN Navigator

About the role

Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Jefferson Health. We are seeking an experienced Oncology RN Navigator to support patients through their cancer journey.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and provide clinical guidance to patients and families.
• Facilitate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other members of the treatment team.
• Provide emotional and informational support to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of oncology nursing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an oncology setting preferred.
• Knowledge of oncology treatments and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
