Responsibilities

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• BSN preferred or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire date
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
• ECG course completed during clinical orientation
• National Oncology certification completed during clinical orientation
• Chemotherapy credentialing completed during clinical orientation

Pay

Salary range: $45.00 - $60.00 USD per hour. Competitive base rates are determined by job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. Additional compensation may include clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The listed range reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
