Fusion Medical Staffing seeks an experienced Oncology RN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients undergoing cancer treatment in St Paul, MN.

In this full-time position, you will administer chemotherapy and related therapies, perform thorough assessments, manage symptoms, and provide education to patients and families. Responsibilities
- Provide direct oncology nursing care to adult patients undergoing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, and supportive treatments
- Administer antineoplastic agents, monitor for adverse reactions, and implement evidence-based symptom management
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, and document accurately in the EMR
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, side effects, and home care instructions
- Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic care
- Adhere to chemotherapy safety standards, infection control policies, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor lab results, vital signs, and treatment responses; escalate changes in patient condition promptly
- Participate in patient care conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education
- Support patients and families through complex care decisions with empathy and cultural sensitivity

$103,000–$118,000 a year
